Pets are welcome at this property (strictly outside only) and the large yard is fully fenced for your familys enjoyment and security. Any extra cleaning required due to pet hair etc will be deducted from the guests security deposit.
The home is equipped with everything you need and more! It has a 65" High Definition TV, DVD player, stereo with iPod connectivity, air conditioning, coffee machine and dishwasher. As well as ample luxury outdoor seating there is a large family dining table and cosy living area.
Located in a quiet area and only a 10-minute drive to shopping and restaurants, including the famous Rick Steins Restaurant at Mollymook.
Minimum 2-night stay: $332(available all year round except Peak Seasons - Easter & Christmas)
Off Peak rate: $1,600 pw
School Holiday rate: $1,600 pw
Easter: $2,626 pw (minimum 4-night booking)
Christmas School Holidays: $2,626 pw (minimum 7-night booking)
