Sit back, relax and enjoy the view, This mountain property boasts a large, wrap-around entertaining deck with a security gate for your young ones or pets. You can completely open the bifold doors and have the feeling of the whole house being outside, enjoying the smell of the seabreezes.
The master bedroom is an open-plan concept to totally take in the views as you go to sleep, watching the moon rise over the ocean and of course to enjoy the magnificent sunrises in the mornings. It would be a shame to box yourself in a bedroom when you have a view in all its glory right in front of you and you don't even have to lift your head off the pillow!!
This house is for all seasons, summer is kept cool by having very large windows around the whole house allowing for constant airflow and in winter an efficient pot belly heater keeps it warm and note firewood is provided as well as heaters in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern. There is a pool table for entertainment along with 3 tvs and plenty of books to read. All linen is provided including beach towels.
This property is pet friendly however any extra cleaning required eg pet hair etc, will be deducted from the guests security deposit, the property is not fenced.There is no access to the garage or downstairs room, however you may park your car under the carport and there is ample concrete parking for more vehicles, horse floats and boat trailers.

Bawley Point is a beautiful bushland and quiet seaside town surrounded by beaches and an inland lake, with great diving, fishing and summer prawning. Boat launching is quite easy at Bawley Beach or Kioloa boat ramps. Surrounding Bawley are many national parks which offer great walks and interaction with the kangaroos and the abundant bird life. Murramarang National Park is an easy walk from the house and the track takes you through some sacred Aboriginal sites whilst following the coastline. Other National Parks are only a short drive away including the Budawang National Park, Bimberamala National Park and the spectacular Morton National Park with Pigeon House Mountain.
Right on your doorstep is Bawley Vale Estate Winery in Bawley Point. Taste their award-winning wines at the cellar door on weekends and public holidays and enjoy bands that play there. There is a range of farm animals including alpacas and deer to keep the children entertained.
For the horse lovers, just over the hill from the house is Willinga Park. A World Class equestrian centre hosting events such asDressage by the Sea , World Championship Gold Buckle Campdraft, just to name a few events for 2019. With the house being on 3 acres and fully fenced, you are welcome to bring your horse too.
South Coast Restaurants are famous for their seafood. For example the acclaimed Rick Stein's Bannisters at Mollymook is one of the many great dining events or try the highly regarded South Coast Oysters, only 30 minutes drive from Bawley Point. St Isidore's in Milton for fine dining or BawleyTakeaway for good old fashioned fish and chips! and they were just listed in the top 10 takeaway spots on the South Coast! The "CBD" of Bawley includes IGA supermarket, bottle shop, chemist, hardware, bakery, hairdresser, newsagency and real estate and is 1Km down the road.
For the young and the young at heart, a visit to Mogo Zoo is a must. Take the opportunity to see many rare and exotic animals including the white lions. While at Mogo take a trip back to the gold rush days and visit Old Mogo Town, with many eclectic and interesting shops and the Gold Rush Theme Park. Here you can pan for gold, explore the mine tunnel, check out the digger's camp or just simply enjoy a picnic by the lake, only 40 minutes away.
